Job Responsibilities Support in reconciling work and family life Ensure the smooth running of the hotel, managing all areas of the business and delivering the guest service experience to the highest levels Inspire and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence while delivering the company vision Meet and greet guests and VIPs, recognizing and anticipating their individual needs Handle guest complaints Formulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue/expense forecasts Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive and serve guests Meet with department managers to discuss business operations Supervise maintenance, suppliers, renovations, and furnishings Ensure security is effective Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners Carry out inspections of property and services consistently Promote and market the business Your Profile BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself Degree and/or diploma in hotel management or related fields Minimum of 5 years operational management experience Solid background in international hospitality companies Revenue management skills with experience in budgets, P&L, and forecasting Reliable, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills Fluent in English and Italian Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications About Us BE YOURSELF - with us, your personality counts!
