Job ResponsibilitiesSupport in reconciling work and family lifeEnsure the smooth running of the hotel, managing all areas of the business and delivering the guest service experience to the highest levelsInspire and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence while delivering the company visionMeet and greet guests and VIPs, recognizing and anticipating their individual needsHandle guest complaintsFormulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue/expense forecastsEnsure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive and serve guestsMeet with department managers to discuss business operationsSupervise maintenance, suppliers, renovations, and furnishingsEnsure security is effectiveBuild and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partnersCarry out inspections of property and services consistentlyPromote and market the businessYour Profile BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfDegree and/or diploma in hotel management or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years operational management experienceSolid background in international hospitality companiesRevenue management skills with experience in budgets, P&L, and forecastingReliable, organized, and proactive with strong communication skillsFluent in English and ItalianComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applicationsAbout Us BE YOURSELF - with us, your personality counts!
