We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to lead all aspects of and optimize our production processes while driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing site in Turin, reporting to the General Manager. Location: ITA – Torino (Pianezza). What You´ll be doing: Lead Production & Performance – Coordinate daily operations, ensuring top-quality products and outstanding customer service levels. Optimize Supply Chain – Manage supplier and subcontractor scheduling, ensuring timely availability of raw materials to meet production demands. Optimize Efficiency – Plan and coordinate shop floor teams, set priorities, and drive manufacturing excellence. Streamline Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, ensuring alignment with set targets while optimizing material flow for seamless production. Enhance Customer Alignment – Work closely with Customer Service to evaluate order feasibility, track order intake, and provide proactive feedback to customers. Ensure Compliance – Be the key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards. Strategize & Innovate – Propose investment plans for machinery and technologies while collaborating closely with suppliers and tool makers. Drive Continuous Improvement – Monitor critical metrics, implement corrective actions, and contribute to savings targets. Support Strategic Growth – Collaborate with General Management and Finance teams to create and update sales forecasts, ensuring data-driven business decisions. People Leadership – Define training and development plans, encourage teams, and ensure a safe and productive workplace.
