**Your Mission at CYCLE**:

- You are responsible for the operational business in Italy and manage your local team across different cities

- You act as a direct contact person for partner companies and customers in Italy

- You ensure that our e-bike fleet is always intact and maximally utilized, paying attention to quantitative KPIs such as (uptime, utilization per vehicle, revenue, costs, etc.

)

- You lead the local stores/workshops and ensure that our operations adhere to the highest quality standards while also staying on top of day-to-day administrative things, e. g.

updating inventory

- You create, improve and standardize operational processes with the support of our Central Operations Team

- You support the expansion into additional cities where applicable

- You report operational data and financial metrics to our headquarters

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- Work experience ideally in mobility, food logistics, related fields or start-up

- Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility

- Initial leadership experience is strongly preferred

- Good analytical skills and confident use of Google Sheets or Excel

- Willingness to travel (especially within Italy), driver's license class B is a plus

- Self-confident appearance and willingness to lead negotiations with partners and key accounts

- Interest in e-mobility and some technical understanding of e-bikes is a big plus

- You are open to new challenges and have no problem working in an environment that changes quickly

- Excellent language skills in English and Italian
