Main ResponsibilitiesOversees the Guest Department, Housekeeping, and MaintenanceLead a team of Guest Relations and Field AgentsEnsure all guest needs from pre-arrival to post-checkout are exceptionally managedLead the apartments' inspections to make sure properties respect high quality standardsImprove overall quality of the service, focusing on guest satisfactionProactively propose improvements and new procedures to optimize team performanceRun reports and data analysisTrain and develop team potentialManage effective communication with other departmentsDraft and monitor the annual operating budget with the CEO and managersCandidate ProfileAt least 3 years of experience in similar rolesStrong organizational skillsDegree in Tourism Management (preferred)Skills in training, developing, and managing resourcesFluency in English (C1 or equivalent), knowledge of a second language will be a plusProactiveness and ability to work in a fast paced environmentThe position is open to male and female candidates (D. lgs.
