Functieomschrijving Randstad Italy Milan is looking for an Operations Program Manager for a prestigious partner leader in the logistics world.

Responsabilità The Operations Program Manager will support the Partner Operations country lead with all aspects of product installation and maintenance in Italy as we continue to expand the business.

Key job responsibilities:

Trigger installations and post-installation interventions on-time.

Execute operations management tasks including the review of site inspection documents.

Update the internal management system to ensure information is consistently updated.

Monitor performance of service providers such as installation and maintenance partners, and internet service providers, and escalate issues as needed.

Develop materials and Operating Procedures for service providers and partners.

Support continuous improvement projects in installation and maintenance processes, as well as cost reduction.

Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to leadership.

Functie-eisen The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners including service providers, host partners, technology and product management, and the local business development team.

Basic qualifications:

Bachelor degree is preferred: the position requires Operations Management knowledge obtained less than 2 years ago

Experience analyzing data

Tech-literate, with ability to learn new systems quickly

Proficiency in written and verbal Italian and English

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in program or operations management, working with hardware and software products.

Knowledge of SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel
