Mission of the role: Optimize daily activities and performance of the business, executing a rich set of tasks with great accuracy.

Responsibilities: Manage the workflow related to users' activities and optimize day-to-day activities Identify customer needs in order to align efficient business operations with customer satisfaction Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.

Requirements: Previous experience in customer/operations/quality oriented roles Proficiency with Office (especially with Excel) Good knowledge of English language.
