We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Operations Specialist to handle primary accounting functions and financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:Collecting and managing documents at all levels. Maintaining payment registries and financial records. Independently preparing invoices and other financial documents for the group of companies. Executing payments in multiple banks across various jurisdictions. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, or payment processing. Fluency in English, Italian, and Russian (minimum C1 level) – this is a strict requirement. Strong understanding of international banking procedures and financial documentation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer:A full-time position in our office in central Milan.
