For our HR & Operations Departments we're looking for a talented OPS Specialist, who will be responsable for:

- Ensuring the HQ Operations strategy framework is correctly implemented within the BU, guaranteeing the correct and efficient collaboration and communication among BU-Region-HQ;

- Ensuring office operations, procedures and approval flows are organized, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed, and office supplier are managed in a correct, cost-saving and efficient way;

- Expats management, welcoming and support, cultural integration, company events and conferences organization, creating synergies between different offices and departments;

- Overseeing contracts and providers for office services and advising businesses on increasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness

**SKILLS**:

Fluent in **English** and **Chinese**, both written and spoken

Proficiency in excel and powerpoint

Administrative skills

Proactive attitude

Confidentiality and flexibility

Strong motivation for the role of assistant/back office.
