Who are we looking for:A motivated and self-driven individual who has experience in the operations field in a trading company.

A person must have significant communication, time management, and organizational skills to successfully provide services in Operations. Responsibilities:Sales and purchase contract preparation, invoicing and set of docsFollow up on each order status and documents' preparationProcessing small invoice payments and communication with the directorData organizing and data analysisAssisting in the optimization of sales and operations workflowsHelp to improve workflow of the sales processDeveloping and processing weekly and monthly reportsMaintaining CRM, and usage reportsQualifications:3+ years experience in operations/ data analysis and/or contractsFluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)Effective project and time management skillsExcellent computer skills and analyzing skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with business development and financial principlesAble to operate effectively in a very fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, ability to multi-task, critical thinking, problem solving skills, initiative, common sense, creativity and flexibility are essentialBachelor's degree in Business, Economics/ International Business/ LawPrevious experience in operations department in a company (preferred)Pay: From $800, 000. 00 per monthApplication Question(s):What other languages do you speak?
