**Your work-life opportunity**:

We are looking for an Operations Specialist focused on Supply Excellence based in Milan, who will be in charge of improving and optimizing the supply operations processes across the cities within the geographic area assigned, supporting the Operations Manager of the area.

This role will require a mix of operations, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges.

The couriers, Glovers for us, are a key player in Glovo's marketplace and you will need to ensure the fleet's long-term sustainability, as well as its healthy contribution to the operational performance and user experience in Italy.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Be in charge of Couriers fleet organization

- Support the Operations Manager to identify root cause for performance deviations versus Ops KPIs

- Plan, execute, and monitor activities that have been identified to fix KPIs deviations or improve User Experience (or costs) performance within the assigned area

- Think out of the box to bring new ideas of process improvements that will be game changer to ensure the best user experience related to Glovers (couriers)

- Support Glovers with possible queries and FAQs, both through back office (phone calls) and front office activities at the Glover Center

- Support Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operation

**You have**:

- A degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering or similar disciplines is preferred

- Proficient Excel and Google Sheets knowledge

- 1-2 years of experience in operations management or similar fields

- Great people skills, and leadership skills

- You will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)

- Really good communications skills and customer service skills.

- Really good analytical skills

- Super Detail-orientated, proactive and really organized.
