**YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY**:
For our Operations department, in the Supply Operations division, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our courier fleet.
**BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL**:
- Support couriers with possible queries and FAQs, both through back office (phone calls) and front office activities at the Glover Center
- Analyze fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements
- Always be open to proactively listening to the courier's feedback, gathering insights about platform functionalities, competitors, frequent issues and any possible improvement pool.
- Support Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operation
- Uploading new Couriers (Glovers) in our system, with its required documentation and information
**YOU HAVE**:
- A degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering or similar disciplines is preferred
- Proficient Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in operations management or similar fields
- Great people skills, and leadership skills
- You will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)
- Really good communications skills and customer service skills.
- Really good analytical skills
- Detail-orientated, proactive and really organized.
