Operations Strategy Manager (X/F/M)
As an **Operations Strategy Manager** you will directly report to the Head of Sales Excellence and work inside our **Go To Market Strategy & Sales Excellence organization**.
You will be in charge of structuring the Onboarding and Retention organization and maximizing the operational efficiency and performance in Italy, in collaboration with the COO, Onboarding and Customer Retention Managers.
**Your missions**:**1/ Operations strategy and organization for the team in Italy**:
- Definition of roles and processes of the Onboarding and Retention teams
- Work on improving the main KPIs and objectives for the operations team
- Conduct robust analysis to make data-driven decisions and support the performance of the operations team
- Coordinate with other Doctolib countries & business units to ensure the best service possible (sales, product, etc.
)
**2/ Drive Operations performance**:
- Identify and build processes and tools to improve service KPIs
- Follow up closely with teams managers on all processes and tools implementations
- Support the operations team upskill plan
- Build dashboards for operations teams and management
**3/ Ensure Operations excellence in tools and processes**:
- Conduct analysis and recommendations about potential transformations of tools, processes and teams organizations
**4/ Team Management and stakeholder management
- Manage a team of analysts
- Work along many different stakeholders: COO, Onboarding Manager, Customer Retention Manager, Head of Sales Excellence
**Your skills**:
You could be our next team mate if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a consulting firm or scale-up company in similar positions
- You hold a degree from a business school/engineering school
- You have strong analytical skills, analytical approach to solve problems
- Excellent command of Excel
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage the relationship with multiple stakeholders
- You are used to working in an international and changing environment
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach
- You recognize yourself in our SCALES values (Serve, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure)
- You are fluent in English.
Native speaker of Italian
