In AXA Italia, we are looking for a resource in replacement maternity who will collaborate on governance and monitoring activities of the TDO (Tech, Data, and Ops) strategy, in collaboration with various business functions and with the AXA Group.

The resource will participate in the activities involving the office, specifically:

Governance and monitoring of TDO (Tech, Data & Operations strategy) in synergy with all impacted business functions (Claims, Health P&C) and with the AXA Group, including:Timely monitoring and preparation of documents within the Ops Directorate and with other impacted DirectoratesTimely monitoring with the Group of selected initiatives according to Group planningOverall monitoring of economics (Invest. /Benefits) internally and towards the GroupManagement of TDO meetings with COO and MC members and document preparationReporting COO (IN/Out with HR, deck preparation, …)Support in defining the people Operations plan and its realization (proximity of direction, events, …)Support in realizing Data Culture in synergy with CDO and HR teamTimely monitoring TL COO in synergy with Operations leadership team Minimum Requirements: - Laurea Magistrale in materie economiche o ingegneria gestionale

- Buona conoscenza di Excel e del Pacchetto office (in particolare Power Point)

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)

- Forte orientamento al lavoro in team

- Flessibilità e forte adattabilità al contesto in evoluzione
