The pharmaceutical world is going through a period of important technological transformations, where the needs of the patient and the quality of the work performed are predominant.

We are looking for an **Operations Support Associate **for the** Investigation team **to hire with a **fixed term contract** for 12 months for our plant in **Latina**.

Operation Support team in Janssen deals with activities and projects aimed at increase quality, productivity and efficiency to meet long-term cost targets and improve the availability of production equipment in all the areas implementing technological and organizational cutting-edge solutions and problem solving activities that ensure a flawless safety, quality and efficiency of production.

In this specific role you will have the chance to

- Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA

- Collaborate with other department leaders to provide quick support to the organization to evaluate the impact, solve the issues, detail them accurately and identify the appropriate corrective actions

- Challenge the status quo through the increasingly in-depth use of all the data collected by the available systems in order to make holistic analyzes during the investigations that help to have an end-to-end understanding of the shop-floor issues.

- Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.

- Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.

**Qualifications

- University Degree - Scientific field (preferred: Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology - CTF)

- Working experience of at least 1 year in a pharmaceutical production plant (one of these areas is preferred: Quality and Operations)

- Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.

- Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;

- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point

- Proficiency in English is required (B2 level and above)

**Other qualifications that will be considered as a plus**:

- Knowledge of SAP, Process Monitoring software is considered preferred requirement

- Usage of Minitab is considered a nice to have requirement
