Currently, we're looking for a talented Warehouse Specialist to join our great Operations team!

Your next Role: As an Operations Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse processes and ensuring efficient operations.

You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement.

Your primary accountabilities will be: Manage inbound and outbound warehouse processes.

Oversee administrative and documentation workflows for warehouse operations.

Monitor and analyze key department KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with various functions within operations and supply chain to ensure seamless processes.

Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need: In order to be successful in this role you'll need: Educational Background : You hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering, equipping you with a solid foundation in analytical and operational principles.

Experience : While 1-2 years of experience in operations is a plus, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly set you apart.

Analytical Skills : You have a knack for numbers and data, using your analytical skills to drive insights and improvements.

Team Spirt : Collaboration is key at HAVI.

You thrive in a team environment, bringing a proactive attitude and excellent relational skills to the table.

Language Proficiency : Your B1 level English proficiency ensures you can communicate effectively in our global environment.
