MYS - international Yacht Agency based in Italy, Monaco, Spain, USA & Caribbean - is looking for an energetic and driven professional for the 2025 summer season for our brand new office located in Santa Margherita Ligure.

The candidate will work with the Operations Manager to provide assistance to the yachts arriving to Portofino/Santa Margherita area, moving along the Riviera di Levante Ligurian Coast (from Genova to La Spezia).

He/she will interface directly with clients to organise and coordinate the services requested by the crew (high-level concierge services).

The ideal candidate should have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operations to support the business needs.

Requirements: Must be available to cover the position from March 2025 until October 2025Must be resident in the area or willing to relocate for the seasonFluent English - C1 level is mandatory, any other language is a plusDriving LicenceProactive and flexible personProblem solving attitudeAbility to multitaskAre you a right fit?
