MYS - international Yacht Agency based in Italy, Monaco, Spain, USA Caribbean - is hiring new talents for the 2025 summer season to join our Operations Team.

We are currently looking for the following positions:1 Operations based in Sanremo1 Operations (internship) based in Imperia1 Operations based in Santa Margherita Ligure1 Operations based in Bonifacio1 Operations based in Montecarlo1 Operations (internship) based in MontecarloAs part of the Operations Team, the candidates will be responsible for the Company's operations as a reference figure for boats moving around the Mediterranean, each one for its area of reference.

He/she will interface directly with clients to organise and coordinate the services requested by the crew (high-level concierge services).

The ideal candidates should have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operations to support the business needs. Requirements:Must be available to cover the position from March 2025 until October 2025The internship positions will be from May to September 2025Fluent English - C1 level is mandatory, any other language is a plusFluent French - C1 level is mandatory (only for Monaco and Bonifacio)Driving LicenceProactive and flexible personProblem-solving attitudeAbility to multitaskAre you a right fit?
