Work on hands-on projects As an Operator Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in Talamona Diaphragm line.

You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operations according to manufacturing router, instructions, and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars.

As an Operator Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety, and deliveryPerforming and recording measurements during the manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documentedAssisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completionFollowing operational, security, and safety policies to ensure internal company complianceFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills. Be eligible for an Apprenticeship contractDemonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentHave a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packagesBe a team player and display good communication skillsDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsShow good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solvingWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
