We are seeking a Travel Consultant to create bespoke travel experiences.

They organize and manage leisure trips and luxury services.

The most important thing is that our customers are satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibility

- Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, insurance and other travel services

- Work with clients to determine their needs and advise them on suitable destinations, modes of transport, travel dates, costs and accommodation

- Providing relevant information to travelers

- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payments/fees

- Handle travel issues, complaints, or refunds

- Attend travel seminars to keep up to date with tourism trends

- Enter data into our software and keep customer records

- Connect with the luxury travel industry

- Achieve profit and sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven professional experience as a travel agent

- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems and online travel

- Fluent in English; Multilingualism is an advantage Strong sales talent and commercial skills.

- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

- Good knowledge of national and international travel trends

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business or a relevant field

Personal travel experience is considered an advantage

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: a partire da €1. 500, 00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
