Job Description: Adecco Italia Spa, part of The Adecco Group, is collaborating with Grid Solutions S. p. A. GE VERNOVA, a global leader in the energy sector.

We are seeking technical graduates passionate about energy transformation to embark on a stimulating professional journey as Specialized Operator in Wiring/Assembly.

To this end, Adecco will select the best candidates for immediate hiring under a Permanent Apprenticeship Contract, with concurrent enrollment in a high-level Academy training program to acquire the specific technical skills required for the role.

Responsibilities: Assemble and test the electrical and mechanical subassemblies of products according to official procedures, drawings, and superior guidelines.

Specifically, follow internal procedures, component tests, and complete equipment per customer specifications and international standards.

Follow the internal production and testing plan, reporting critical issues, deviations, and solutions.

Support related functions, engaging with customers when present.

Adhere to the company's EHS quality standards and regulations.

Minimum Requirements: Technical Institute Diploma (preferred) or Professional Qualification.

Previous technical experience as an electrician/wirer/assembler is a plus.

Availability to work in shifts.

Preferred possession of PES certification, forklift certification, crane certification.

Basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, wiring, and interpretation of drawings.

Standard knowledge of tools (e. g. , open-end wrenches, drills, torque wrenches, screwdrivers).

Basic knowledge of the English language.

Good teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving attitude.
