Job Description:Adecco Italia Spa, in collaboration with Grid Solutions S. p. A. GE VERNOVA, is seeking passionate technical graduates interested in energy transformation to embark on a stimulating professional journey as a Specialized Worker in Wiring/Assembly.
Adecco will select the best candidates for an indefinite apprenticeship contract, alongside a high-level Academy training program to acquire the specific technical skills required for the role.
Responsibilities:Assemble and test electrical and mechanical subassemblies of products according to official procedures, drawings, and superior guidelines.
Specifically, follow internal procedures, component tests, and complete equipment according to customer specifications and international standards.
Follow the internal production and testing plan, reporting critical issues, deviations, and solutions.
Support relevant functions, following customers if present.
Adhere to the company's EHS quality rules and standards.
Minimum Requirements:Technical Institute Diploma (preferred) or Professional Qualification.
Previous technical experience as an electrician/wirer/assembler is a plus.
Availability to work in shifts.
Preferred possession of PES certificate, forklift, and crane operation certificate.
Basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, wiring, and interpretation of drawings.
Standard knowledge of tools (e. g. , open-end wrenches, drill, torque wrench, screwdriver).
Basic knowledge of the English language.
Good teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving attitude.
