Job Description: Adecco Italia Spa, part of The Adecco Group, is collaborating with Grid Solutions S. p. A. GE VERNOVA, a global leader in the energy sector, to seek technical high school graduates passionate about energy transformation.

We are looking for motivated individuals to embark on a stimulating professional journey as a Specialized Worker in Wiring/Assembly.

Adecco will select the best candidates for immediate hiring under an Indefinite Apprenticeship Contract, along with enrollment in a high-level Academy training program to acquire specific technical skills for the role.

Responsibilities: Assemble and test electrical and mechanical subassemblies of products according to official procedures, drawings, and superior guidelines, following internal procedures, component tests, and complete equipment according to customer specifications and international standards.

Follow the internal production and testing plan, reporting issues, deviations, and solutions.

Support relevant functions, assisting clients when present.

Adhere to the company's quality standards and EHS regulations.

Minimum Requirements: Technical High School Diploma (preferred) or Professional Qualification.

Previous technical experience as an electrician/wirer/assembler is a plus.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred possession of PES certification, forklift, and crane operation certificates.

Basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, wiring, and interpretation of drawings.

Basic knowledge of tools (e. g. , open-end wrenches, drills, torque wrenches, screwdrivers).

Basic knowledge of English.

Good teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving attitude.
