The machine operator is responsible for the process from the exit of the channel of molten glass to the forming machines and into the annealing furnace. Specifically, they will verify the correct functioning of the line from the control cabin and perform quality control on the product. Requirements: high school diploma (technical diploma preferred), residency in the area, and personal transportation. Previous experience in a production context is preferred but not mandatory. Working hours: 3 shifts (4. 00-12. 00 / 12. 00-20. 00 / 20. 00-04. 00) on a continuous cycle. After an initial training period, candidates must be available to complete the training process at other facilities in northern Italy (approximately 3 months, with returns to the area every two weeks). The company provides hotel, meals, and km reimbursement for 2 returns per month. The company offers an initial fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent employment.
