Manpower, in partnership with DALLARA, BERCELLA, and other important companies in the MOTORSPORT sector, is seeking: Laminators and Finishers of Composite Materials.

The course, conducted online and in-person with industry technicians, aims to prepare operators in carbon fiber lamination and finishing, focusing on managing specific phases of the process independently while adhering to quality standards applied by leading companies in the Motorsport sector.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have the opportunity to interview for employment with partner companies.

The course is FREE and intended for UNEMPLOYED individuals.

Minimum Requirements:Possession of a diploma/qualificationPrevious experience in activities requiring good manual skillsThe ideal candidate should possess a strong motivation to learn, enthusiasm, proactivity, and a passion for the Motorsport world.
