The Digital Career Program The program is aimed at open-minded, ambitious, and talented young graduates who want to start their career path in the digital world.
Participants will support the development of new solutions and technologies to enable Ariston Group's digitalization in various areas, including sales, services, supply chain, operations, finance, IoT, data management, cyber security, and procurement.
Participants will experience our corporate culture and values and they will:
• Be trained on business processes, IT and digital technologies and specific soft skills.
• Be followed and supported by a dedicated tutor.
• Experience how to work within digital transformation projects.
