If you eager to work in a dynamic department where you can play a key role in the path to innovation and you dream to dedicate your talent to our mission, Janssen has the career opportunities to help you to make it happen: in our Global Clinical Operations department (GCO) we are currently looking for professionals to join the team as **Site Manager (CRA)** or **Local Trial Manager (Clinical Project Manager)

On the other hand, the Local Trial Manager is responsible for local management of a clinical trial (or Medical Affairs data generation activity) and is the primary point of contact at country level for assigned studies.

The LTM has operational oversight of assigned protocol(s) from start-up through to database lock and closeout activities as described in GCO procedural documents.

The LTM coordinates and leads the local trial team to deliver quality data and trial documents/records that follow the assigned clinical trial protocol, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

The LTM has a crucial role in process improvement; training and mentoring of the team (Clinical Trial Assistants

- CTA, Site Managers and LTM).

The LTM may also perform the role of Clinical Trial Manager (CTM)/Global Trial Lead (GTL) for single country as per GCO procedures.

**Qualifications

The right set of background and skills to be evaluated for these roles is:

- BA or BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or related scientific field

- Previous clinical trial monitoring experience of 1y for Site Manager (CRA) and 2y for Local Trial Manager

- Strong proven autonomy in monitoring visits (for Site Manager)

- Experience in mentoring/coaching and providing training to other LTMs, SMs and CTAs is preferred (for Local Trial Manager)

- Strong proven understanding of GCP, company SOPs, local laws and regulations, assigned protocols and associated protocol specific procedures including monitoring guidelines.

- Strong IT skills in appropriate software and company systems.

- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay away from home.

- Proficient English and Italian
