Description Within the sub-department OpR, BCM, LOC and Reporting, she/he might be involved in some of the below described tasks, for all entities (VWB, VWL, VWFS):

development and documentation of the OpR, BCM and LOC guidelines; maintenance of the OpR Loss Database;support to the Organizational Units for the creation and finalization of the annual OpR Self-Assessment and collection of data;analysis and plausibility check of risks and incidents reported by the organizational units, providing them also conceptual guidance on identification of events, root cause analysis, necessity to identify mitigation measures, quantification of the loss amounts;support in the coordination of the BCM Lifecycle throughout all the phases of the process, supporting business units to identify critical activities, define tactics, draw up BCM plans and test related adopted measuressupport in the conduction of the the yearly Full Scale Exercise (planning, implementation, coordination of the exercise, documentation and lessons learned)operational involvement in coordinating Outsourcing Risk Assessments and quarterly Outsourcing reportsreporting tasks, such as production and delivery of periodical reports with focus on main credit risk indicators and figures. Competences Bachelor degree in Finance/EconomicsPreferable, previous experience in the financial industry businessGood general cultureProven knowledge of main Office tools (Excel, Power Point, etc. )Fluency in English, both written and spoken What we offer: Hybrid internship6+6 months€ 800/month + staff canteen
