This role involves designing, optimizing, and managing critical workflows for ING Platform Services Tribe.

Key Responsibilities: Workflow design, implementation, and maintenancePerform maintenance, upgrade, and configuration on managed softwareCreate and update internal documentationKeep the managed software updatedSecure system by enforcing ING policies and standardsTest and evaluate new solutionsAny other duties as assigned by managementRotate on-call availability 24X7Collaborate across departments, ensuring efficient workflows, security, and successful project outcomesRequirements: University degree or equivalent5+ years' experience in the same role, preferably within the financial industry in a complex and international environmentKnowledge of BMC Control M 9. 0. 19 or higherKnowledge of BMC TrueSight Server Automation 20. 02 or higherGood knowledge of scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, Bash, SH, Python)Proficiency in defining and scheduling jobs, managing dependencies, and monitoring job executionExperience in troubleshooting job failures, identifying root causes, and resolving issues promptlyExperience in developing and performance optimizationKnowledge of security best practices, including user access control, authentication, and authorizationKnowledge of operating systems Microsoft Windows Server 2012 – 2019Experience with Git and Azure DevOpsFluent in English (written and spoken) B1 or higher levelKnowledge of Ansible and IT automation is a plusAs a plus: Knowledge of T-SQLControl M CertificationSoft Skills: Passion for technologyResult-orientedProblem solverAble to act independentlyTeam playerExcellence in executionCustomer centricWorking Conditions: Full Time
