We are seeking an OPTICAL ENGINEER to be involved in our project for development and design layout and systems for ground and space optical applications.

The ideal candidate has a passion to design, develop and test optical systems and components.

We're seeking a team player that can work alongside the engineering area, especially with mechanical, electronic and manufacturing departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define detailed design of optical system Execute optical performance analysis Perform tolerance analysis and optimize the design for manufacturability/integration Definition and management of error and performance budgets Define and design alignment setup Prepare alignment plan/procedure Prepare optical components requirement definition and specification Optical coating specifications Define Optical components manufacturing drawings Contribute to AIT phases (optical tests, integration and optical alignment) Prepare high quality documentation (e. g.

design and analysis report, integration procedure and test report) Interaction with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS University degree in Physics or Optical Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude Experience in Optomechanical systems optical design and analysis Knowledge of Telescope configurations in VIS and NIR wavelength.
