Assure technical assistance to the customer in E -coat and PTT area interacting with:

- paint shop managers and engineering department on the customer site.

- PPG Labs.

- site managers on PPG site.

- Technical support to achieve the highest level of service and quality objectives.

- Support development and startup of new products/technologies.

- Provide regular on line performance reporting included Monthly report

**Qualifications

- Good technical knowledge of PTT and E -COAT process and product.

- Proficient knowledge of Customer paint cycle.

- Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication Good relationship and reliability with Customer.

- Problem Solving skills

- Proficient use of Outlook, Office and Power point

- Proficient English

- Full communication with Laboratories PTT and E-Coat for product development and problem solving activity according to the Sales Force needs.

- Be the interface, about E-Coat and PTT analysis, between Lab and the customers followed

- Flexibility to travel frequently in Italy and abroad.
