Job Description Summary**:

As Options & Upgrades Product Sales Specialist in Italy, you will be responsible for promoting, selling and following-up on O&U products, solutions and services in the region.

You will be called on as a Clinical/Technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions.

You will work in close collaboration with O&U Leader for Italy Malta & Israel to set the strategy and the activation plan for the sales team (Service and Sales Account Managers) to deliver on plan.

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Maximize Order, Sales and Profitability of key Options & Upgrade solutions on GE installed base for CT, MR, MI, Xray and Mammography imaging modalities in Italy (Malta and Israel)

- Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up

- Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings including competitor data

- Prepare and co-ordinate product configuration for customer offers and tender response in collaboration with Sales & Service Account Managers

- Track opportunities on GE installed base effectively and provide accurate forecasts data using information tools available (SFDC CRM).

Co-ordinate customer follow-up and installed base actions to ensure maximum retention rate

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiology, or significant selling experience in a medical field

- Selling & Negotiation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills and proven proficiency on Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)

- Available for extensive travel

- Fluent in English

- Previous Technical and clinical expertise in the MR/CT/MI/XRAY/MAMMO modality

- Team working skills (incl.

ability to harness resources to achieve goal)
