About the Role:- Job Title: Oracle DBA Type of Hiring : Permanent Location : Milan, Italy (Remote/Occasional Travel) Job Description: - Hands on experience on Oracle DBA - Excellent understanding of Database concepts including Procedures Triggers Packages Database Constraints Indexes using Oracle 11g - Should be able to help in finding current issues and provide solutions to improve performance - Build deployment packages and promote them to higher environments UAT Production and Cob following SDLC - Working knowledge of Linux Redhat File System Cluster Management and Oracle ASMC and ACFS - Manage and maintain databases across multiple environments - Perform Database analysis and provide recommendations - Work on the Database architecture design and performance optimization - Develop automation scripts to improve platform efficiency - Identify and recommend Database design and Data models - Provide oversight on lowlevel design and technically guide the Development team - Partner with Development organizationoversee DB landscape for portfolio - Plan and manage existingnew DB Development manage and customize server configuration as per application needs - Troubleshootresolve complex production data issues - Index Strategy ie Fragmentation - Maintain Statistics Update Statistics - Query Tuning ie Execution Plans Indexes - Performance Tuning Server Config WAIT Stats - Schema Design ie Partitioning - DB Architecture Table Design - HA Solutions - DRCOB Solutions - Application Entitlements Security Review - Archiving Historical Data
