About the role:We are looking for an Internal Sales in our Oracle business unit. The person will be responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio. Responsibilities:Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company. Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets. Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts. Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements. Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing". In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions. Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities. Knowledge Skills and Experience:A knowledge of Oracle product set would be essential. 3+ years of experience. Numerate with good attention to detail. Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills. Priority management and planning skills. Strive to achieve set targets. Understands Sales Process. Good relationship building. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM. IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential. Fluent in Italian and English. What do we offer:Hybrid work: (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
