We are looking for a/an Order handling Export fixed term- disabled list to join our FE_WIBU team in Italy belonging to the Disabled categories under Law 68/99

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responsibilities regarding the use of i Scala

DUTIES

? Formulate, write, collate and send to the appropriate banking institutions all documentation regarding payments to be made.

? Formulate, write, collect and send to the relevant banking institutions all documentation regarding obtaining payments

? Prepare and draft all documentation regarding the shipment cycle.

? Coordinate the entire flow of order management, both in terms of intern business functions and external collaborators (e. g. , freight forwarders, customs offices, etc. )

? Apply for and manage export licenses with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Work experience:

3 years of work experience in logistics and export management and customer service, preferably in the water treatment industry

Expertise (e. g. professional, technical)

- Technical, commercial, logistics training

Education: Electromechanical technical training - technical high school, Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics will be considered a plus.

Certifications: n/a

Languages:

Fluent English knowledge will be request
