**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities regarding the use of iScala**:

**DUTIES

**Formulate, write, collate and send to the appropriate banking institutions all documentation regarding payments to be made.

**Formulate, write, collect and send to the relevant banking institutions all documentation regarding obtaining payments

**Prepare and draft all documentation regarding the shipment cycle.

**Coordinate the entire flow of order management, both in terms of intern business functions and external collaborators (e. g. , freight forwarders, customs offices, etc.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

**Work experience**:

**3 years of work experience in logistics and export management and customer service, preferably in the water treatment industry**:

***Expertise (e. g.

professional, technical)

- **Technical, commercial, logistics training

**Education: Electromechanical technical training - technical high school, Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics will be considered a plus.
