In this role you will be responsible for effective orders fulfillment from order management to delivery execution within the Energy Distribution product group located in Vittuone (Milan), ensuring adequate customer support service and supporting prioritization activities.

You will set supervise Orders Fulfillment advocating the voice of the customers towards the operations and increasing service level and On-time Delivery performance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Expediting process management, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

- Customer order portfolio fulfillment management in order to grant service level optimization and improving customer experience.

- Orders rescheduling to realign committed capacity also in case of allocation.

- Production prioritization management, also maintaining tasks' tracking.

- Export documentation preparation.

- Pro forma invoices.

**Your background**:

- High school diploma in international trade or similar/Degree in Economics/International relationship/trade will be considered a plus.

- 1 years of experience in Order Handling/Customer support or at least as an intern.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.

- Familiarity with SAP will be considered a plus.

- Interest in the supply chain management in multinational manufacturing companies.

- Curiosity towards innovation and the potential offered by digitalization.

- Results orientation, respect for deadlines, teamwork, good communication skills and courage.
