We are looking for an Order Management Spec.

to join our HQ's based in Oderzo (TV).

He/She will be responsible to take care about customers' needs, manage sales quotations, orders and deliveries, assisting both customers and salesforce.

Main activities:

- Ensure an excellent sales service, from the first proposal to the final delivery building a close relationship with customers

- Support the salesforce with teamworking flexibility

- Help customers during the quotation phase (using a basic product knowledge)

- Collect data for budgeting and monitor the main KPIs

Skill requirements:

- Previous experience in similar positions in international environment

- Fluent in English and German

- Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Dynamics AX (or others ERP)

- Customer oriented and great communication skills

- Flexibility in order to keep high the customers' satisfaction
