Job Description Summary**: Order Management intership French speaking

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software

- Assist the project managers with administrative duties

- Communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc. ,

- Resolve customer issues

- Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

- Main actor for Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitored and granted

- Document administrator for invoicing, bank guarantees and export documentation including letter of credits

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Projects supplier orders processing, coordination and follow up.

- Client orders processing, coordination processing, coordination and follow up.

- Invoicing client orders.

- Supporting the process of logistics, good receipt, DDT, (inventory check, etc)

- Reporting regularly the financial data related to the portfolio of products and service.

- Customs bill registration record

- Proof of Deliveries collection and administration

**Required Qualifications

- Student or fresh graduated In Foreing Languages, Economy or any relevant field

- At least any front / back office experience with customer service experience

- 6 months internship

- EU work permit

**Desired Characteristics

- SAP experience

- Order entry experience

- ability to learn quickly, attention to detail

- ability to work with collaborative spirit in a team

- commitment to discovering ways to improve service

- Fluent in Italian

- Very good command of English and French
