**Order Management Representative (Italian speaker)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash processes to ensure customer satisfaction

- Key order execution contact for internal/external customers and/or service providers.

- Resolves problems and troubleshoots issues

- Support Sales Representatives and Business Line Managers with Sales Data analysis, report requests and customer follow-up

Qualifications:

- College/university degree

- 1-2 years experience

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Ability to multi tasking

- Team player

- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills

- Ability to build relationships

- Customer Service Experience 1-2 years; 5 years working experience

- Analyzing skills ; Customer focueds mindset; Effective time management and problem solving skills;

- SAP knowledge is an advantage
