We are looking for a new Order Management Specialist with excellent English, Spanish, Italian, and a fourth language (preferably German or French) to join our Customer Services team** | _Maternity leave replacement_

**Role description**:

Manage the service provided to B2C and B2B customers assigned, supporting in the below job duties and reporting to the manager responsible for the role:

1.

Handling relationship with Amilon's B2B clients and B2C customers by ticket, chat and phone call

2.

Operations on company's ERP

3.

Data entry

4.

Place, cancel and manage orders

5.

Operational set up of Amilon's products

6.

Digital inventory check to make sure requested products are available

7.

Handling relationship with our suppliers

**Must have skills**:

Previous experiences in customer management, back office and customer care activities (at least 1 year) - English mother language or C1/C2 level - Italian mother language or C1/C2 level - Spanish mother language or C1/C2 level - A fourth language B1/B2 level (preferably German or French) - Detail oriented and organization skills - Propensity to a positive approach towards customers - Proactivity and propensity to work in team - Problem solving - In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular - Excellent relationship skills - Speed and ability to manage multiple activities at the same time
