**Now we are looking for a **Freight Forwarder Assistant** in our office in Bergamo who is going to help our Freight Forwarders in organization of international transportation!

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Registration and processing of orders for the transportation organization in the internal IT systems;

- Creation of deals in systems and entering events;

- Maintenance of Suppliers' and Customers' Cards;

- Work with Suppliers and internal employees to correct and prepare transportation documents;

- Registration of invoices;

- Assistance to the freight forwarders in other tasks regarding the organization of international road transportation.

**REQUEREMENTS**:

- High level of written and spoken English;

- Knowledge of the theoretical aspects concerning the logistics field - will be an advantage;

- Excellent computer skills;

- Ability to work both individually and in a team;

- Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information;
