Responsibilities**:

Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.

Build and assemble packaging materials as needed.

Load and unload products from trucks or pallets, ensuring safe handling practices.

Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment for order pickin

Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.

Conduct regular inspections of packing materials and equipment to ensure functionality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Skills**:

Proficient in order picking and packing techniques.

Experience with heavy lifting and the operation of cranes or other heavy equipment is preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining quality standards.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing orders for shipment.
