What you will do
- Responsible to ensure that the OTC processes are managed in compliance with Group guidelines and procedures.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery and efficiency within a strong internal control framework.
- Organize knowledge transfer training to assure a comprehensive understanding of processes and procedure within OTC teams and preparing relevant training materials.
- Strategy on day to day basis to achieve monthly sales target and monthly collections target, reducing deductions, clearing overdues if any and expediting the billing process with minimum disruption.
- Establishing and adequate control environment and optimizing the efficiency of OTC process with focus to reinforce business process.
- Contribute to standardization initiative
- Be the daily contact of Countries Order to Cash manager to resolve all issues submitted
- Responsible for the overall performance of the teams, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs.
- Manage project/initiatives under HQ OTC process managers & PMO supervision.
Monitor project deliverables, update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress, coach local OTC teams and support HQ OTC project team members.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in business administration, accounting or finance
- 5-7 years relevant experience in Customer Service, Logistic and Sales Administration roles in multinational environments
- Experience in Project management is a plus
- Fluent English
- Comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability interact across different areas/teams/cultures
- Customer orientation, assertive and accurate
- Proactive approach to entrusted tasks
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes
