What you will do
Main Activities
For a cluster of customers He/She will responsible of:
- Customer management end to end
- the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
- Sales condition entry &update
- Customer master data maintenance
- Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
- Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
- Flow Analysis and Projects management
What you need to succeed
Must have
- Accounting Background (bachelor in Economics or similar)
- 3/5 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a modern and structured Company
- Good knowledge of business intelligence and reporting system
- Experience in reporting and PPT presentation
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPT
- Good SAP knowledge
- Fluent Italian
- Strong team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
Nice to have
- A good level of English
