**What does the role involve?

**:

The role involves achieving the credit and collection objectives of the organization and striking a balance between maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and ensuring timely payments.

The Order&Collection Specialist will develop and monitor a credit control system with sales and marketing, finance, and executive team members to provide analysis and interpretation of the customers' financial status for proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of proper credit limits.

Your main task will be:

- Participates in Order related activities (unblock orders, manage extra credit limits requests, evaluate fleet contracts)

- Support sales channels (Hilti stores and Inside Sales) to propose different payments options (financing by external partner, digital solutions)

- Train sales Channel reps for sales force new colleagues on daily activities

**What you need is**:

- Degree Economics or Law, or equivalent work experience

- Professional experience of 3 years in Credit Management Team

- Attention to detail, result orientation, data driven personality

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Capability to function well in team

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with SAP
