**Your opportunity

You will work in a small team of passionate Organizational Developers in the Card & Banking domain, continuously developing the organization and providing excellent Organizational Development support to our 250+ domain members.

Together with your team, you will work across the following problem spaces.

**Fostering domain culture and engagement**:Making the domain a great place to work, where people feel like they belong, and where they want to stay and grow.

** **Shaping and executing an engagement strategy and fostering domain identity and culture, e. g.

by designing and organizing domain-wide formats and events Defining and monitoring culture and engagement KPIs and acting on results

**Managing organizational changes and growth.

**Ensuring the domain is equipped to change and grow, successfully and sustainably**:Managing growth by supporting the continuous alignment of processes and structures to the domain's growthManaging and reinforcing organizational changes

**Supporting domain communications.

**Providing the domain with relevant information and ensuring the domain and its interests are represented within Klarna.

Functioning as point of contact between the domain and stakeholders outside the domainFiltering Klarna-wide information and distributing it into the domain Ensuring we have an effective communication approach in the domain

**You are**:

- highly organized, have a can-do attitude and are able to balance multiple projects at the same time.

- a strong team player and enjoy collaborating with others - and, at the same time, are able to independently organize and drive your own tasks and projects.

- you deeply care about the people you work with and are keen on supporting and enabling others.

- you understand different peoples' needs, perspectives and motivations and are able to cater to those.

- you have a strong track record regarding at least one of the problem spaces mentioned above.

The Klarna Work Policy is designed to make sure we foster team collaboration while also ensuring a productive and flexible work environment.
