**About the Role**:
Reporting to Region Organization & Improvement (O&I) Italy, the **O&I Specialist** will work on specific O&I plans in the region and support with organizational design and development, including organizational strategy definition, process reengineering and improvement. The role will partner and build relationships with key stakeholders, management and HRBPs within the Commercial, Industrial and Supporting functions.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support the respective O&I team in the definition and realization of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, processes, operational models, improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Be actively involved with the Function stakeholders in the definition of the organizational strategy. that best support the business strategy while ensuring consistent organizational design.
- Play an important role during the analysis and design phase as much as along the implementation of the changes agreed with the business/functions.
- Define processes and supporting tools for the to be scenario.
- Identify gaps in key processes, based both on new reorganizations and on critical existing situations.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussion and balance trade-offs between different stakeholders.
- Define new role profiles and skills needed to support change.
- Support organizational projects as well as the coordination of other assigned projects.
- Manage organization project portfolio, providing updates and supporting O&I Manager to deal with issues and prioritization.
**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Engineering or Economics.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in similar roles.
- Strong methodological and analytical skills.
- Flexibility & adaptability.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time management and prioritization
- Previous experience in management consulting companies and/or in FMCG knowledge (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) as a plus.
- Ability to relate at different levels, from operative profiles to top management.
- Ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a complex matrix organization.
- Proactive attitude, result oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiatives.
- Understanding of Ferrero Know-How is a plus.
**IT Skills
- Proficient in Project management tools.
**Languages
- Fluent in Italian and English, any other language a plus.
