JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design processes and organizational structures and support the development of new business models

- Implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, evaluating the achievements of the declared qualitative and quantitative objectives

- Support to coordinate project team to implement the strategic initiatives

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Master's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration

- A previous 2-years experience in a consulting firm focusing on non-life insurance or in a non-life insurance company will be considered a plus

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Knowledge and experience with workflow measurement and process design/reengineering.

- Very proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders

- Strong attitude in team working

- Strong attitude in learning new analytics methodologies (e. g.

process mining, .

)

- Fluent in Italian and English
