Job summary
The purpose of the job is to carry out the Orientation & Admission activities in order to achieve the given sales target.
**Key purpose of the role
1.
**Orientation & Admission Activities** - She/ he has to take care of the leads management in order to accompany the prospect with counselling activities as well as through the admission process.
The objective of this role is to help prospective students in getting information about the school, the academic offer, and to support them in the admission phase to finalize the enrollment through various activities, like: orientation meetings; periodic follow-up according to the CRM flows; support in the admissions process; collecting documentation and checking the compliance with the entry requirements in order to complete the enrollment.
He / she has to also support the students by giving useful information about life in school, accommodation solutions; the additional services offered by the school, how to obtain visa; how to complete the necessary steps for the admission in the courses.
This role requires empathy and a strong ability in creating positive relationships with the students and their families to accompany them through the customer journey in the best way possible, by complying with high standards of customer relations activities.
2.
**Marketing and Promotion Activities** - He / She has to carry out:
- Information and orientation activities for potential students during specific events: open day, open week, open lessons, educational fairs, school orientation initiatives.
- Upselling activities for already enrolled students in order to increase the progression.
3.
**Reporting** - He / She has to support the supervisor in elaborating periodic reports and monitoring results.
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in the luxury area: sales / front office / customer care (i. e.
showroom, luxury retail, hotellerie)
- English proficiency.
The knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Previous experience with a CRM software (i. e.
Salesforce) is a plus;
- Focused on result and goal oriented;
- Ability to work in team;
- Passionate about Fashion.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
